Welcome to the U16AA Raptors! It’s time to take a break, recharge, and enjoy your summer, but it’s also the best time to get your mind and body ready for next season.

(See more about this site) We will be sharing a lot of information digitally. This site is for reference, and we use TeamSnap for schedules, rosters, and other logistical details.
During the season, we will be working on improving your mindset so that you’re focused on growth, positivity, and strength. You will learn a lot about the game, different plays, and the reasons for them. We will talk a lot about how the brain works, the importance of building good habits, and much more.
The main thing you’ll need to do beforehand is simply to be ready. You’ll need strength, conditioning, and agility to perform well at AA. We want you to enjoy your summer and have fun, but make some time to stay active and prepare yourself for the season.
